PhonerLite 1.32 is a free utility (very similar to the popular Skype) that lets you make phone calls from your PC to your contacts` PCs without costing you a penny. All you need is a microphone and a full duplex sound card.



From the program you register in an ISP provider and from that moment you can call you contacts` PCs` IPs (VoIP) from your PC and viceversa. You can save a historial of all the calls you make/receive and the characteristics of each one of them.
